Raw Almond Protein Bars

These raw almond based protein bars are totally raw and rich in healthy fats and plant-based protein! They make the perfect post-workout snack, afternoon pick me up, or even dessert!

Ingredients (dry ingredients)

  • 1 cup sprouted or raw almonds

  • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cacao nibs

  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • Optional: 1 1/2 tsp superfood powders (such as Sun Potion or Terrasoul ashwagandha, reishi, maca, chaga, or lion’s mane powder)

Ingredients (wet ingredients)

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup raw honey (can sub maple syrup)

  • 3 tbsp unrefined coconut oil - melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Ingredients (chocolate shell)

  • 1/2 cacao butter

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

OR

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (72% or higher)

  • 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
