Raw Almond Protein Bars
These raw almond based protein bars are totally raw and rich in healthy fats and plant-based protein! They make the perfect post-workout snack, afternoon pick me up, or even dessert!
Yields 8-10 bars | Prep Time 30 minutes | Total Time 60 minutes
Ingredients (dry ingredients)
1 cup sprouted or raw almonds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cacao nibs
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 tsp sea salt
Optional: 1 1/2 tsp superfood powders (such as Sun Potion or Terrasoul ashwagandha, reishi, maca, chaga, or lionβs mane powder)

1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup raw honey (can sub maple syrup)
3 tbsp unrefined coconut oil - melted
1 tsp vanilla
