Creamy Green Smoothie

Fuel your mornings with this nourishing and delicious green smoothie that’s packed in healthy fats to better help keep you satiated and help your body absorb the vitamins and nutrients in the spinach!

Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach

  • 1 medium apple - I like using Gala apples

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 3/4 cup spring or filtered water

Preparation

  1. To a high-speed blender, add all of the smoothie ingredients.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and serve immediately.

  3. You can store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
