Homemade Muesli

Skip the store bought stuff and make your own muesli at home with this easy, tasty recipe! Packed with nutritious ingredients, I’m confident that this will become your new go-to breakfast staple!

Yields 4-6 servings | Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups gluten-free whole rolled oats

  • ½ cup slivered almonds

  • ½ cup large coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ¼ cup hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup goji berries

  • ¼ cup chopped medjool dates (approx. 4-5 dates)

  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Optional Add Ins: ¼ cup cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the slivered almonds and coconut shreds and smooth into an even layer. 

  2. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until slightly golden and fragrant. 

  3. Transfer to a large bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. 

  4. Serve with milk, yogurt, or top on smoothie bowls.

  5. Store extras in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to 6 weeks.
